Another day, another instance where Gaijin adds a blatantly overpowered event vehicle to War Thunder. The Panhard EBR is, essentially, a sidegrade to the AMX-13 (slightly worse because it doesn't get the same ammo), but at a battle rating of 4.7 instead of 6.3. When going up against a team full of M4A1 (FL10)s and EBRs, there is essentially nothing you can do to win. The only reason these things aren't stomping harder is because Italy has the R3 T20, another overpowered armored car, at 4.0. The BR could easily go to 5.3 and perform just fine.
