Trigger warnings: Discussion of childhood disability, female genital mutilation, childbirth trauma, pornography and masturbation. Link to part one: • Thriving Through Corona: Self Healing in a... Where do people with extensive pelvic physical trauma go for care? Some of them see Certified Sexological Body Worker Rahi Chun, of Somatic Sexual Wholeness. In Rahi's long career he's treated people with all sorts of sexual embodiment goals, using both the skills from his background in psychology, and his training in touch modalities. Some come to him for the subtle work of learning how to relax into pleasure, having a clearer sense of their desires and boundaries, while others who've suffered sexual assault trauma, female genital mutilation, or extensive birth trauma might need significant hands on scar tissue remediation. (These topics are discussed explicitly, so skip to minute 15 if you'd prefer not to witness that material.)
