Realistically speaking, Cause you know some of your resolutions will go out the door quicker than you can say HNY. Try looking for sustainability, consistency, longevity in 2026. Small, steady steps often outpace bursts of speed you can't sustain. Quality versus quantity. I’ve been around the most famous of the famous & what I learned by observing the lifestyle, no matter HOW MUCH material possession’s or external validation, nothing matters if you don’t love yourself. All “things” become the drug, the noise, distraction, filler to try to silence the inner voice of deep longing for love. Strive for quality. Less is more when it’s rich in respect, trust & love. Quality lasts forever. What I share here is never from a place of preacher teacher. I know nothing. I wish to know nothing. I hope to die knowing nothing. Things are not something I acquire to know. I show up authentically, honestly, humbly, because at the end of the day we are all composed of flesh & bone experiencing a strange reality that challenges us in exactly the way we need to be challenged, to then be able to surrender to the greater journey that unites us all. I deeply believe that. So if there is one thing we can all keep striving for is self love. Because when you love your self from a place of ego-less no-thingness, all can exist without the bullshit (aka the veil that keeps us asleep in the illusion).
