When in “Stratagem Militarism” or “Stratagem Stoicism”, soldiers has their physical dmg reduced by -35%. (Active Skill):Can choose one of the following effects… (Stratagem: Militarism): an assist skill that gives the command whereas friendlies within 3 blocks gain an increase to their Atk/Int by +15%. Before actively attacking, deals 0.5x of Towa’s Atk into fixed dmg and when an enemy is defeated by a skill, reduces cooldown by -1 turn that lasts 3 turns and cannot be dispelled. (Stratagem Stoicism): an assist skill that gives the command whereas friendlies within 3 blocks has their Def increased by +15%. Gains Immunity to fixed dmg and displacement which lasts for 3 turns and cannot be dispelled. After this skill is used, Towa may move another 3 blocks and will need to wait for 5 turns before using the skill once more.
