Stormworks: Build & Rescue - Player & A.I. Gunner Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Test (No Commentary)

In this very quick video I showcase a couple of tests conducted to review how effective the anti-submarine warfare changes that we've been working on are. In the first test I just fly the helicopter around, the A.I. Gunner is doing all the work with regards to aiming the laser designator and pulling the trigger to release a parachute dropped torpedo that will steer towards the GPS location of where the laser was pointed before the trigger was pulled - once the torpedo gets close it's own sonar takes over and it will home in on anything nearby. In the second test I use Smithy's excellent sonar system in order to make use of a dipping sonar to locate, lock onto and destroy the target submarine with torpedoes. Be advised that these are all just works in progress of things that I plan to add at a future date, for example - those A.I. gunners being able to use torpedoes to sink both ships and submarines means we might see some ASW helicopters coming in a future update for the Bungeling Raiders addon. ---------------------------- Addons used in today's video include:- [Hebis] Target Drones by snake21jpn - as this is featured in the video https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...
