Peel and mash it well while it is still warm. Add wheat flour to the mashed ganji. Mix and knead to make a soft, smooth dough. (No water needed as ganji has moisture.) Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into puris. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Deep fry the puris until they puff up and turn golden brown.
