怀念上师 Cherish memory of guru （一）怀念上师！大恩年龙上师是2011年11月7日涅槃，三年很快过去了，我在美国还没有什么起色，很惭愧啊。有道友问根本上师咒语，正好回答并以此怀念大恩年龙上师父母仁波切一切教导之恩！ (1) Cherish memory of guru! My respected Guru Nian long entered the realm of Nirvana on November 7, 2011. Three years have passed quickly. I‘m ashamed that I haven’t improved in the United States. A Buddhist asked about the mantra of root guru, and I and just answered it. I remembered all the teachings of master Nianlong, guru Rinpoche! 与师相融 Integrate with guru 初次见上师是在辽宁悉地盛德寺，看到很多道友见到上师面都是激动的抽泣不已，不明所以。见到上师了是那么慈祥的看着我，我的心情反而很平静，看着上师蓝蓝的眼睛仿佛上师就是湛蓝的天空，而我就是天空的一部分而已，就这样融入天空般呆呆的不知向上师说什么。 The first time I saw the guru was at Sidi Shengde temple in Liaoning Province. Many Taoist friends were excited and sobbed when they saw the guru. I don't know why. Seeing the guru looked at me so kindly, but my mood was very calm. Looking at the guru's blue eyes, it seemed that the guru was the blue sky, and I was just a part of the sky. I just integrated into the sky. I didn't know what to say to the guru. 上师瑜伽 Guru yoga 把这种感觉向海广师提起，反问自己为什么见到上师不像其他人哭得那么厉害，海广师大力称赞，后来才明白这就是密宗最殊胜的上师瑜伽修行法，将心与上师融入一起，没有比这更大的加持了！ I mentioned this feeling to the haiguang guru and asked myself why I didn't cry so much when I saw the guru, Master haiguang praised it. There is no greater blessing than integrating the heart with the master! 视师如佛 Regard Guru as Buddha 是啊，你将你的心与你的上师融入一起，上师是佛，你与佛无二无别，还有什么法比上师瑜伽更具加持力吗？！这种殊胜加持不知是多少个生生世世相依才能换来的呀… Yes, you integrate your heart with your guru. The guru is a Buddha. You are no different from the Buddha. What method is more powerful than guru yoga?! How many generations will it take to get this special blessing… 一切都在修行中 Everything is in practice 一天在僧房精进持诵，午时好累也不想躺倒，便跪俯床上持咒，朦胧中看到满天乌云，一缕光明从云层中透出愈来愈亮照耀我的全身，云中有声连说三次：一切都在修行中。 One day I was reciting in the monk's room. I was so tired at noon and didn't want to lie down. I knelt down on the bed and held a mantra. In the hazy, I saw dark clouds all over the sky. A ray of light came out from the clouds and shone more and more brightly on my whole body. There was a voice in the clouds for three times: everything is in practice. 殊胜的修行窍诀 Extraordinary practice tips 当时的我恍然有所悟，兴奋不已去向海广师说起，海广师哑然。后来才明白这是最殊胜的修行窍诀！？ At that time, I suddenly realized something and was excited. I went to talk to Haiguang teacher, who keep silent. Later, I realized that this is the most extraordinary practice tips!? 一法就是一切法 One Dharma is all dharmas 怀念上师，修上师瑜伽，我与上师融入一起，上师与莲师融入一起，莲师与释迦牟尼佛融入一起，所以我经常这样念上师瑜伽就是莲师心咒也是释迦牟尼佛心咒，无二无别，一咒就是一切咒，一法就是一切法。 I miss guru and practice guru yoga. I integrate with guru, guru integrate with Guru Rinpoche, and Guru Rinpoche integrate with Sakyamuni Buddha. Therefore, I often say that guru yoga is both the mantra of lotus and the mantra of Sakyamuni Buddha. There is no difference. One mantra is all mantras and one Dharma is all dharmas. 离开年龙寺的前晚上师入梦问我想留在供养多的东方还是去没有供养的西方？我说去西方，上师送给我很多殊胜的东西，很快来了美国，现在才明白上师付于东西的意义…说这些并不是执着或者泄密，只是告诉大家当你精进修行时会有上师佛菩萨护法利用各种形式帮助你。 On the night before leaving Nianlong temple, guru entered into dream and asked me whether I wanted to stay in the East with more support or go to the west without support? I said I would go to the west, then the guru gave me a lot of special things. I soon came to the United States. Now I understand the meaning of what the guru gave me... This is not to let out a secret or attach to something. I just tell you that when you practice hard, there will be Guru Buddha and Bodhisattva Dharma protector to help you in various forms. 打开心轮 Open the chakra 离一切相修一切善，能够真正把上师当成佛并不是一年两年的功夫呀，所有的开悟证悟都是一步一步累积起来的。 你的心结心量心轮能够打开多少，你的所悟感触才有多少，悟佛和成佛之间还有很长距离要走，都是实修实证甜酸苦辣换来的？ Depart from all forms and do all good. It's not a year or two to really treat the guru as a Buddha. All enlightenment and realization are accumulated step by step. How much your heart knot or heart chakra can be opened, how much you can feel. There is still a long distance to go from enlightenment to becoming a Buddha, which comes through sweets and bitters of life. 一切法都是佛法 All dharma are Buddha Dharma 释迦牟尼佛是一切众生的根本上师，莲师、年龙上师、以及每个道友们不同的上师们都是释迦牟尼佛的一个个化身而已，甚至如基督耶稣等等各种宗教的导师都是佛陀应机教授的化身而已，一切法都是佛法。诵持根本上师心咒是有些手印、观想方法，因为修法有外内密极密之别，以后有缘才能分别说。 Sakyamuni Buddha is the fundamental guru of all living beings. Guru Rinpoche, guru nianlong, and different gurus of each Taoist friend are all the incarnations of Sakyamuni Buddha. Even the teachers of various religions such as Christ Jesus are the incarnations of the Buddha's professors. All dharmas are Buddha Dharma. Reciting the master's mantra is basically a method of some fingerprints and visualization, because the cultivation method is different from the outside and the inside, and can only be said separately in the future.
