STAND Flag Poles presents our first ever 24 foot sectional flagpole, dubbed "The Americana". In this video you'll learn how to install your Americana residential flagpole with this easy to follow instructional guide. We walk you through every step of the process from the unboxing your Americana residential flagpole to raising your included USA flag. Since the flagpole will need to be assembled before dropping it in the ground sleeve, it's highly recommended that you have a friend or family member give you a hand. If you're uncomfortable with the process then we suggest reaching out to a local flagpole installer. In this video we guide you through the following: 1. Unboxing the 24 ft Americana flagpole kit to ensure you have all the included items in the kit. 2. Digging your hole and mixing your concrete to ensure a level and secure anchor for your aluminum ground sleeve. 3. Assembling the sections of your Americana flagpole with the included hardware kit. 4. Installing the included Solar LED top light below your finial topper. NOTE: the video shows a Gold Eagle Finial Top which is sold separately. Your kit includes an ornamental golden finial ball. 5. Threading the halyard with rope followed by walking up and installing your assembled into the ground sleeve when the concrete has hardened. 6. Tying off your rope and installing the included caribinar clips for your flag. 7. Clipping your included 4' x 6' USA flag to your rope. NOTE: It's best practice to respect the flag. Don't let your flag touch the ground. 8. Raising your flag and tying off the rope on the welded in cleat. 9. PRO TIP: Let the flagpole stand without a flag for 24-48 hours to ensure the ground sleeve is secure. Installing a flag immediately may cause the pole to shift before the concrete has fortified its integrity. 10. BOOM! Now you're flying Old Glory! Get ready for your neighbors to compliment you and ask where you got your flagpole ;) If you have any questions regarding installation feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
