After a long 90km cycling ride from Taipei to Tamsui and back, my wife Thuong and I returned to Taipei, meeting a new friend and fan (Quinn) on the way back. We decided to get some awesome Taiwanese food together at the nearby Tonghua Night Market (通化夜市), otherwise known as Linjiang Street (臨江街). Taiwan is famous for their night markets and street food, and Quinn is an expert on the local food here in Taipei and helped introduce a lot of goodies. We had a blast enjoying the atmosphere and different foods, including oyster omelette, dumplings, and big hot Taiwanese sausages. Thanks for showing us around Quinn!
