White Peach Jam using Ball FreshTech Jam & Jelly Maker

Enjoy our jam-making process using the Ball FreshTech Jam & Jelly maker. This machine made it easy to process ~6 lbs. of flavorful white peaches! We tripled the Ball Peach Jam recipe which is not recommended by the manufacturer as the content can be too much for the machine to handle. Because of the large batch, we ran the machine for extra time (~45 minutes total). The machine does require a cool down period after about 25 minutes so we ran cycle two times until the jam was the desired consistency. Total duration for this project was about 3 hours.
