Let's make the best use of our time and let's go for Number Of Sets instead of saying that you're going to work out for 20 minutes. Figure out which 3 or 4 exercises you're going to do for that day, take note of the time and start working out. When the 20 minutes are up, count how many sets you did and THAT is your magic number! Now instead of saying that you're going to work out for 20 mins, just say, "I'm going to do 4 sets!". Be kind to yourself. Love the time you've set aside to care for yourself, and when you can do a little more, just add a little weight to your routine and it'll make you stronger while keeping your time to the 20 minutes you wanted. Note In the video I kept saying Reps, but I meant to use the word SETS. DUH! Stay Strong!
