It is truly wonderful. To swim at different levels in the warm thermal pools in the evening with a covering of snow on the ground and then snow flaking around your ears is truly wondrous. The hotel and food are superb and the trek to the pools by underground passageways show the attention to detail ensured by the owners. One to return to many times as it is wonderful . Fantastic Spa experience. Difficult to express in words how satisfied we are with the spa and overall service. Minuses: Wi-fi has limitations (no whatsapp) and both the dinner and breakfast was very average for the price charged. Also drinks that accompany dinner are EXTREMELY expensive.
