I ate Taco Bell for the first time in over a year

Today I was blessed with a Taco Bell chicken quesadilla made at its peak. I haven't eaten Taco Bell in over a year due to developing Hashimoto's thyroiditis and having symptoms flare up after I eat certain foods. I went on a religious fast / diet for most of 2025 and lost a bit over 50 lbs. Now that I am on medication, my symptoms have subsided and I can eat food without flaring up! Hallelujah! That being said, I still want to try my best not to eat a bunch of junk food, especially knowing I'm not just nourishing myself but another life within me as well. I hope to maintain the healthier habits I developed over the past year. Here's to 2026!
