Subscribe To the Masala TV Recipes YouTube Channel! https://bit.ly/MasalaTV JHATPAT PULAO RECIPE INGREDIENTS : Chicken ½ kg 10 pieces Onion 1 sliced Imtiaz olive oil as required Ponam Green cardamom 4 Bay leaf 2 Ponam Mixed whole spice 1 tbsp Ponam Fennel seeds 1 tbsp coarsely grinded Ponam Coriander powder coarsely grinded 1 tbsp Green chilies 4 Ponam supreme basmati Rice ½ kg (1.5 hours soaked) Yogurt 1 cup Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Ponam Mace grinded ¼ tsp Ponam Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp Ponam Cardamom grinded ½ tsp Kewra water 1 tbsp Ponam Salt 1 tsp + 1 tsp Yellow color pinch Ponam White cumin seeds 1 tsp METHOD : Heat ½ cup oil in the rice cooker, add onion slice, and fry till light golden, add whole spices, cumin seeds, bay leaf, ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, and chicken, fry well, add yogurt, keep frying, add ground fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cover and cook till chicken is done. Now add green chilies, rice, water, 1 tsp salt, cover, and cook till rice is nearly done. Lastly add ground mace, nutmeg, cardamom, and kewra water and mix with yellow color leave it on steam. CAPPUCCINO COFFEE RECIPE INGREDIENTS : Ponam Sugar 4 tbsp Imtiaz classic coffee 2 tbsp Water 2 tbsp Milk 3 cups METHOD : In a bowl beat sugar Imtiaz classic coffee and water, till thick and creamy and whitish in color and color becomes light, the mixture should be very thick. TO SERVE COFFEE : Boil milk and keep aside, add 1 tbsp whipped coffee mixture in a cup and top with boiled milk mixture the beaten mixture will come on top and float, sprinkle with coffee powder on top. Serve immediately.
