This is a complete set of 6 theme songs produced for ZIV International, all of which had subsequent record albums released in 1980. Most of them have not readily available online until recently (2021-22). The search to find these albums took over a course of 2 years. This wouldn't have been possible without constant checks on second-hand marketplaces if any went up for sale. All of these songs were composed by the Bullets, a production company led by Mark Mercury and Jerry Winn. They were credited as "Mark Gibbons" and "Hal Winn" at the time, which is why you may find those names on the ZIV International albums. A number of other shows dubbed by ZIV International did not receive the record treatment including: King Arthur, The Adventures of Don Quixote, Les Misérables, etc. I chose to include the high-quality extended versions of Captain Future and Captain Harlock, originating from the 2009 album released by the Bullets themselves. The rest of the themes come from digital rips of the original ZIV International albums. Most of the songs come from the Disco genre, but I'm not sure what other genres are present here. I wonder who sung the Candy Candy theme, since Mark Mercury performed the rest of these songs.
