K Spiromax® Cleaning and Tracking Roller - Easy Conveyor Belt Tracking and Cleaning Solution

K-Spiromax® Cleaning and Tracking Roller offers a maintenance free solution to conveyor belt cleaning and assists in belt tracking. The resilient and wear resistant polyurethane spirals help to clean off sticky carry back and assists in centering and tracking the belt. The K-Spiromax® Cleaning and Tracking Roller consists of a standard return roller fitted with wear resistant polyurethane rings. The spiral is left and right hand configuration to assist in belt tracking and ideally the unit is positioned over the discharge chute or a collection hopper. The K-Spiromax® Cleaning and Tracking Roller may be employed on any part of the return belt section in the case of short conveyors. Alternatively, on long sections it is beneficial to employ these rollers only up to the point where the material does not adhere any more to the belt surface. These rollers should not be employed as snub rollers adjacent to the drive or return drums. The K-Spiromax® Cleaning and Tracking Roller is well suited to the mining, quarrying and process industries, where build-up on return rollers causes belt damage and mis-tracking is an issue.
