Hong Kong police disperse crowds at shopping mall as protesters mark Yuen Long attack anniversary

Police stopped and searched people at the mall, urging them to leave citing coronavirus social-distancing rules which prohibit public gatherings of more than four people. Some demonstrators held up blank pieces of paper in what was described as a protest against the national security law Chinese mainland authorities recently enacted in the city.
