I had to open a Weiser PowerBolt 1 because the malfunctioning lock had been installed on a pool room door and was failing to open. The Batteries were dead and a 9 Volt Battery was attached to terminal and the lock still failed to open. Several other 9 Volt Batteries were used to attempt to "jump start" the PowerBolt and all attempts failed.
