This soft and fruity little cocktail is French-inspired, but has a definite Irish twist! This is a Napoleon Cocktail, which was invented by Sam Penton at the Manor Bar in California, and it's kind of like a whiskey sour, but with a few changes to make it a little softer and sweeter.
