A woman named Sandhya Singh used to live in a flat in the NRI Complex of this building. Navi Mumbai is known as a planned city and is famous for its vibrant cultural scene. Sandhya Singh was the sister of the famous Bollywood music duo Jatin and Lalit Pandit. These two brothers have worked as music directors and composers in many of India’s blockbuster films. They have contributed to superhit movies like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Mohabbatein, and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Sandhya Singh had two sisters as well, named Sulakshana Pandit and Vijeta Pandit. Both of Sandhya’s sisters were well-known actresses in Bollywood during the 1990s. So, Sandhya’s entire family was very talented.
