This year, I started at Iran Zamin Park (Fadak) and walked all the way to Pardisan Park, crossing the brand-new bridge that now connects these two major green spaces. ------ 🌿 What is Sizdah Bedar? Sizdah Bedar (سیزده بدر) is also known as Nature Day (روز طبیعت). It’s an ancient Iranian tradition where people spend time outdoors, enjoy traditional food, and throw Sabzeh (sprouted wheat from the Haft-Seen table) into flowing water to ward off bad luck.
