I’ll be the first to admit it: I am guilty of leaning on the "ramp meta" way too often. It’s safe, it’s efficient... and it is absolutely putting me to sleep. The standard killing corridor works, but I think we can do better. Tonight, I'm owning up to my boring build habits and actively looking for a better way to survive the horde in 7 Days to Die. We are jumping straight into the Prefab Editor to rapid-prototype new ideas. No grinding for resources—just pure design and live stress-testing. I want to see if we can build a fortress that doesn't rely on the typical AI-abusing ramps we see everywhere (and that I keep building!), and I'm going to spawn in zombies immediately to see if our theories hold up.
