In this PoweredByPeople episode, we’re heading to our Material Handling Department to spotlight a simple idea that made a big impact! 💡 Dawn Foster and Karen Skinner, both Material Handlers, were frustrated with how their labels were being stored and used. Instead of putting up with the mess, they took initiative. Their solution? They drilled a hole in a red bin and inserted an entire roll of labels inside, creating an easy in-and-out dispensing system. 🙌 Now they have: ✔️ More labels readily available ✔️ A cleaner, more organized workspace ✔️ No more labels falling all over the place It’s a great example of how small improvements can make a big difference in daily efficiency.
