Carl Scott has been heavily involved in helping make the research of Gail Holmes about the Council Bluffs area and early church history accessible to people everywhere. As Chairman of The Pioneer Historical Research Group, Carl shares the story of how he became involved, projects the group has done, and his vision for the future.
