My favorite way to destress and help me prepare for the next week is by following a self care routine. I perform my best when I feel rejuvenated and rested. This routine is perfect when I'm short on time but need a little "pick me up". It usually takes me about an hour. If you enjoy please be sure to leave a comment and I listed the products and steps down below. ***************************************************************************** Face: Tatcha - The deep cleanse Tatcha - Luminous dewy skin mask Rose Quartz facial roller (purchased at Target) Lip Scrub (purchased from a local business, but you can make it at home!) Mario Badescu - Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs, and Rosewater Tatcha - Water Cream Tatcha - silk peony eye cream Hair: Bounce Curl -Tumeric Hair Detox Mask (applied to clean shampooed hair, let the mask sit for 12-15 mins) Bounce Curl - Moisture Balance Leave- in Conditioner Body: DIY Coffee Scrub - Coffee, Brown Sugar, and Coconut oil Raw African Shea Butter (purchased at local beauty supply store) Bath Soak: Dr Teals Eucalyptus and Spearmint Epsom Bath Salt OHME Eucalyptus Destress Bubble Bath (purchased at CVS) ***************************************************************************** Step by Step: -Start by washing your face with a gentle cleanser. I like to use the Tatcha deep cleanse. -Pat your face dry. -Separate your clean and shampooed hair and apply hair mask. -Prepare your bath soak with bubbles and epsom salt. You can use any essential oil/scent. I prefer eucalyptus to help destress and relax. -While you're soaking, apply face mask or sheet mask. I use a facial roller to ensure I get all of the serum pressed into my skin. -For nice soft lips be sure to exfoliate your lips. I bought mine from a local business but lips scrubs are easy to make at home! Be sure to have a clean wet towel close by to wipe off your lip scrub. -After you soak for about 20 mins, wash off and rinse off your hair mask and apply body scrub. I prefer coffee scrubs but you can use any kind of scrub or exfoliant. -PRO TIP: Try not to rinse the goodies and serums you just applied to your face! lol -Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize! I been using African Shea Butter for years. You can clearly see its my go to.... my container is empty basically. Apply toner, face moisturizer, and eye cream. -Apply conditioner to your hair. I also use shea butter to moisturize my lips. -Last but not least, spritz your favorite perfume on! Enjoy!!! ******************************************************************************* Follow Me On Social Media: INSTAGRAM: @lovelyclabree / lovelyclabree @rockandritzy / rockandritzy @CourtandTower / courtandtower Shop with Me: https://www.rocknritzy.com/ritzyshop
