Join our FB Community: / 330122425543661 Corned Beef Hash (makes 2 servings): 1 large russet potato 12oz cooked corned beef, diced 2 tablespoons butter Salt & pepper to taste 4 eggs 1. Peel potato and cut into quarters 2. Place potato into a small saucepan, cover with water. Add a pinch of salt and begin over high heat. Set a timer for 15 minutes. 3. Once potatoes are boiling, turn down heat to prevent boil over. 4. While potatoes are cooking, dice corned beef ¼-1/2 inch and set aside. 5. Once potatoes are done, remove from pot with a slotted spoon and dice to about the size of the corned beef. 6. In a frying pan, add corned beef over medium heat. 7. Add butter and heat to melted. 8. Once pan begins to make noise, add potatoes. Season with salt & pepper. Toss to combine. 9. Cook for 3-5 minutes, then flip and continue cooking and flipping to desired level of crispness. 10. Once it is brown to your liking, remove from heat. 11. Cook eggs as desired. 12. Top hash with the eggs, season with salt & pepper, then shovel it into your face hole. 13. Enjoy! Bone apple yeet!
