I installed the most popular ones on my Raspberry Pi, and will share my impressions with you in this article. Tested in this video: GNOME, KDE, MATE, Cinnamon, Pixel I didn't test XFCE or LXDE that are too close from Pixel to be interesting, except if performances are your only criteria.
