New vid! finally I bring you the review of the insane poweful 520nm 1W green laser. The laser is called: 520T-1000, is a Class IV (4) 1000mW [1W] with a wavelength (nm) of 520nm (green). I bought it in Aliexpress for 159$ USD (128.000 CLP), totally good price and currently the best one that you can find for this powerful 520nm 1W ones. And I add a extra small waterproof rubber ring in the tail button to leave battery not so pressed by the springs but there is no problem with that, im just testing, the springs are good and they adapt to battery. I currently removed it and use it normally. Update 18 apr 2024: with my pocket LPM this laser has given me about 1350mW readings! completely happy with the results and above expectations. After analyzing those readings and a research this thing is very possibly a 1.2W 525nm laser, normal 520nm laser diodes emit between 900mW to 1000mW, Q-Line the developer of this laser model can't have over boosted so much, fully exposes its lifespan and normal duty cycle. Personal Opinion: The laser it is extremely bright and also for its wavelength makes it ~8 times brighter than the 450nm 1W blues The visibility of this is a humiliation to the 532nm 100mW normal green lasers what stores sell in your city, is much more brighter than my 1.6W 450nm blue laser that I will show later in the video. My rating: Design: 8.6/10 (¹) Power: 10/10 Visibility: 9.9/10 Dot Divergence & Focus: 9.6/10 My Final Rating: 9.5/10 (¹) One of the only problems of this laser is that uses only one battery, so you need a high capacity one with more than 2500mAh like the 25R. with the 25R 2500mAh actually lasts less than 4 nights in constant use and with the TrustFire 3400mAh lasts like 5-6 nights. Update 2025, I have tested laser and effectively uses 4.9A here is my datasheet of experiment: with TF 3400mAh battery life time: supposition: 4.9A so lifetime ~41m 13-11-24 to 18-11-24 (6 nights) 13-11 5:20m (320s), 14-11 6:15m (375s) 75%, 15-11 5:00m (300s), 16-11 6:17m (377s) 22:52 (1372s) 50%, 17-11 7:08m (428s) 30:00m (1800s) 25%, 18-11 9:25 to end (565s). total: 39:25m (2365s) ±1m avg ~15-25s uses peak ~40s 1min of use in ~5min lapse 7min of use in ~35min lapse 10min of use in ~50min lapse Battery Required and Direction: Required 1x18650 (flat top doesn't matter) Direction: Positive '+' to spring and the Negative '-' to tail top. Working Time: ~45 seconds on, ~15 seconds off, [Don't use more than 2 minutes or diode could have a catastrophic failure by overheating, this applies to all +1W high power lasers].
