Iron Heart Germany - "To The Bone" Road Trip

IRON HEART GERMANY presents a characterful interpretation of the new BMW R 18. Haraki-San, owner and designer of the jeans and workwear brand Iron Heart from Tokyo, is a passionate motorcyclist. That was also the reason why he launched the Iron Heart brand 20 years ago in order to finally have cool clothes for himself that he can wear both to work and on his motorcycle. The idea for an Iron Heart Signature Bike came from the two makers of Iron Heart Germany, Shane & Giuli, last year. In 2020 the boys opened the first and only Iron Heart Store outside of Japan in Hamburg. The idea was born to combine German quality and Japanese precision. A perfect symbiosis! It was immediately agreed that something very exciting could emerge from this. Said and done! With the support of BMW Motorrad and Nagel Motors from Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the idea was to exchange ideas with Iron Heart Germany to convert a BMW R 18 into a real eye-catcher with its very own character - the BLACK IRON. The first run from Berlin to Sweden was carried out by Shane and Giuli from Iron Heart Germany. As part of their “Back to the Bone Road Trip”, they take the BLACK IRON via Copenhagen to southern Sweden in rural Höganäs. There the two have met their Swedish friends and spend a few days motorcycling and culinary delights in the two cult Burger and Barbeque restaurants “Garage Bar” and “Holy Smoke” in Höganäs.
