SlimKat 3.0.64 vs Samsung Touchwiz - Full Antutu Benchmark Test 2014 (Galaxy SIII)

This video is a head-to-head benchmark test between the SlimKat custom ROM and Samsung TouchWiz using 2014's latest updated version of AnTuTu Benchmark for Android, version 4.5.1. The test was carried out using two idential Samsung Galaxy SIII (GT-i9300) handsets with completely stock settings and no additional apps installed. The same apk of Antutu was used on both phones and they both had full charged batteries. The aim of this test was to see how much of a difference installing a custom ROM makes to an Android phone's performance and whether it can improve the benchmarks. The test was run between SlimKat and (Build 8.0Official 6933 Android 4.4.4 KitKat) and the latest Samsung TouchWiz software (Android 4.3 Jelly Bean). The Galaxy SIII (Galaxy S3, i9300) has a Samsung Exynos 4 SoC containing a 1.4 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 and ARM Mali-400 MP4. It has up to 2GB of RAM, 4G connectivity and a 4.8" HD Super AMOLED 720p display.
