I’ve been breathing my whole life, I’ve got this… This is one place where a functional vs. optimal conversation begins. Yeah, you can do it, but can you do it well? Then you may ask “What even does ‘breathing well’ mean?!” First, there are reasons to care about the quality of your respiration, and secondarily there are numerous ways to address/train it. In this week’s blog we are going share some research and reasoning as to why quality respiration matters, and then an “anyone can/everyone should” drill to get started with.
