Parking in Aldi was limited to 90 minutes and there were plenty of signs to warn against parking in there and that exceed 90 minutes would result in a fine. The course starts at the top of the park and is four laps. The course is a mixture of tarmac and grass. You start by running down the hill and then onto the field. Run around the field for three side and then back onto the tarmac path heading back towards where you came onto the field. You then take a left turn and head back up the hill to the start. The hill is short and not too steep. But you can feel it on the fourth time running up it. Once you get back to the start, you turn left and then right and run to the park entrance. Then turn right again, heading past the bandstand and into the corner of the park. Turn right again and after a short distance, you head back down the hill for the start of your second lap. There were plenty of marshals and no chance of getting lost. There were also a lot of cones marking out various parts of the course. When you come up the hill the fourth time, you follow the same course until you get back to the bandstand. Then rather than continuing onto the corner of the park, you keep going around the bandstand and the finish is on the grass a few meters away from the bandstand. #runparkrunwithme #parkrunwithme #runwithme #parkrun #parkrunuk #parkruntourism #parkruntourist #run #walk #jog #saturday #9am #runwalkjog #running #run #loveparkrun #strava #parkrunday #parkrunfamily #volunteer #lovevolunteering #exercise #c5k #myrtle #myrtleparkrun #bingley
