As always check https://www.gadsaccounts.com A Google Shopping ad is an ad that uses information from your Merchant Center to display information about one of your products at the top of a Google search engine results page (SERP). Unlike Google Ads, Google Shopping ads have pictures and display based on your product data instead of keywords. Tips to optimize your Google Shopping Ads 1. If your product listing ads aren’t bringing you the best click-through rate and conversion results, consider adjusting the bids you have chosen. So, if you find that your ad is not generating any clicks, think about raising the bid for your product listing ad. 2. If your ad is not generating a lot of clicks, then you may want to give it a new image. If you want to change the image for your ad, you’ll need to take a look at changing the image that is being sourced from your Product Feed. Images can have a massive impact, in terms of whether someone clicks on your product listing ads or not. 3. Retargeting is another great strategy you can use to maximize revenue when using Shopping Ads. With retargeting, what you’re looking to do is to trigger a tracking pixel when someone visits your site. You’ll then show them ads using other Google Ads products. Retargeting is definitely something worth trying, especially when you consider that research has found that 70% of those retargeted have been shown to convert. 4. Write titles that get results. The key to what search terms your Google Shopping ads appear on is the product title. In other words, the product title is your keyword. Avoid unnecessary capitalization, because excessive capitalization is a spam signal to Google and can cause your ads to be disapproved. 5. Apply negative keywords. Negative keywords are a must for any Shopping campaign. This is because they cut down on the unrelated searches you appear in, saving your ad budget from being used when it doesn’t need to be. For example, if you sell men’s running shoes, your ad may be triggered by people searching for women’s running shoes too. In such a case, excluding the keyword phrase ‘women’s running shoes’ would be beneficial since you won’t be paying for the clicks of customers who almost certainly will not buy that product from you. 6. Advertise your best-performing products. After you’ve been advertising for a period of time on Google Shopping, you will have sufficient data to determine which are your top-performing products. By checking which products give you the best return on investment, you can focus the majority of your advertising budget on them. This will not only ensure that you’re not wasting your budget on less popular items, but it will also ensure you really push the profitability of your best sellers to its limit, and get more value from your advertising. 7. Import your website reviews. By including the customer reviews on your listings, new potential customers will be able to better judge the quality of your products as well as your shop. Positive reviews will help generate trust, which makes customers more likely to complete a purchase.
