On Monday, January 6th, 2024 I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery, so I decided to record my experience and share the recovery process. This surgery is for those with a deviated septum, which furthermore impacts ones ability to breathe. Overall, one week later, I can already see dramatic improvement in breathing. Don't get me wrong, the week of recovery isn't a blast, but I would do it again if it means I will be able to breathe clearly for the rest of my life.
