https://www.reldrill.com - REL C650 series is a tough mining duty that is suitable to operate in both low pressure and high-pressure drilling configurations. The C650 machine is configured for drilling 5” to 9” diameter holes by rotary and 5” to 6¾” diameter holes by down the hole drilling. REL is the first in the segment to introduce 13m single pass to 45m multipass drillings. The DTH machine delivers higher drilling performance at high altitudes and extreme environmental conditions. Customers have a choice to select the machine based on the weather conditions like hot weather, cold weather and arctic that enables them to increase their productivity to the maximum. REL C650 series is the first in the segment to deliver the high torque rotary power of 55000 pounds. The machine achieves greater penetration with less vibration at a lower operating cost. The mainframe is designed using ASTM A36 Salim grade structural steel that enables the support for mounting assemblies like Engine, Compressor, Hydraulic Power Pack, Dust Collector, etc… The machines are designed to give easy ample walking space for faster access to all vital components. The C650 is capable of drilling at altitudes up to 5000m and temperatures up to -50oc. The cabin in the REL C650 series is ergonomically designed to deliver maximum operating productivity. The cabin room in the machine is thermally insulated and it is featured with a digital drill monitor system that gives instant real-time feedback and information about the drilling parameters and vital components health. REL offers two-mast options i.e. standard mast and Maxx mast drill. The main feature of C650 is the angle drilling option where the mast can be set from 0 to 30 degrees for drilling angle holes. This machine delivers the maximum rotary torque of 85000 inch-pounds for rotary drilling and 53000 inch-pounds for DTH drilling. REL C650 is designed for 24/7 mine operation with 30 percentage more GVW capability, 32 percentage more drawbar pull and 37 percentage more turnability. The strong undercarriage and heavy-duty frame in the C650 are designed for maximum longevity. The C650 is featured with both wet type and dry type dust collection systems. An automatic centralized lubrication system is featured in the drilling machine for effective lubrication of all the vital points. The new generation drill utilizes integrated electronic hydraulic components with various automation levels like Semi-Autonomous, Fully Autonomous or Remotely controlled Autonomous. REL is the first to introduce Mast Access Ladder and rotary head 6” drill in the segment. Total system management is provided with the C650 to support all the drill and drilling accessories.
