-Millions turned out for anti-Trump 'No Kings' protests across US. According to BBC News: Huge crowds took part in "No Kings" protests against President Donald Trump's policies in cities across the US on Saturday, including New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles. Thousands packed New York City's iconic Times Square and streets all around, with people holding signs with slogans like "Democracy not Monarchy" and "The Constitution is not optional". Ahead of the demonstrations, Trump allies accused the protesters of being linked with the far-left Antifa movement, and condemned what they called "the hate America rally". Several US states had mobilised the National Guard. But organisers said the events, which drew nearly seven million people, were peaceful. Since returning to the White House in January, Trump has expanded the scope of presidential power, using executive orders to dismantle parts of the federal government and to deploy National Guard troops to US cities despite objections by state governors. He has also called on the administration's top law enforcement officials to prosecute his perceived enemies. The president says his actions are necessary to rebuild a country in crisis and has dismissed accusations that he is a behaving like a dictator or fascist as hysterical. -Trump tells Maria Bartiromo Democrats 'made one mistake' with government shutdown. According to Fox News: President Donald Trump told Fox News' Maria Bartiromo on "Sunday Morning Futures" that Democrats "made one mistake" with the ongoing government shutdown. "I think they could just stay out forever, I mean, to be honest with you. Now, what we're doing is we're cutting Democrat programs that we didn't want because... I mean, they made one mistake. They didn't realize that that gives me the right to cut programs that Republicans never wanted. You know, giveaways, welfare programs, et cetera. And we're doing that, and we're cutting them permanently," Trump said in an interview that will air this upcoming Sunday at 10 a.m. ET. Bartiromo asked the president, "Do you think that the government shutdown is all about this rally that's happening this weekend, the ‘No Kings’ rally?" "I mean, some people say they want to delay it for that. This is not a king, you know, they're saying, they're referring to me as a king. I'm not a king," Trump responded. "No, but just so that Chuck Schumer could go and say, ‘I'm fighting Trump,'" Bartiromo said. "Well, Chuck is, you know, at the end of the line. He's being beaten by everybody that they poll against him," Trump said. "And you know what he did is he did the right thing a couple of years ago on something like this. And he got hurt by his party. And it doesn't ... I don't think it matters to him. I think he's just so dead that he'll do anything." "We're cutting a $20 billion project that Schumer fought for 15 years to get, and I'm cutting the project. The project is gonna be dead. It's just pretty much dead right now," Trump also said. Israel strikes Gaza as both IDF and Hamas accuse each other of breaching ceasefire. According to NPR.org: Israel's government says it has responded to attacks against its troops by Hamas militants in southern Gaza, in a sudden escalation of violence that threatens to derail a fragile ceasefire that has been in effect for less than a week. The Israel Defense Forces said Sunday that "terrorists" had attacked Israeli troops operating in the Rafah area with gunfire and an anti-tank missile. In response, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "directed that strong action be taken against terrorist targets in the Gaza Strip," his office said in a post on X. The IDF said it struck the area to respond to the attacks and also to dismantle tunnel shafts and other structures used by Hamas, calling the violence against its troops a "blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement." The IDF said later on Sunday that it was beginning a series of strikes against Hamas in southern Gaza "in response to the blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement earlier today." ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The information on this YouTube Channel and the resources available are for educational and informational purposes only.
