In this episode, Dan and Turretinfan discuss Dynamic Omniscience with Warren McGrew. The conversation moves from the nature of prophecy (i.e. a type of Open Theism) to the Trinity vs Monarchianism and what it means to be in the image of God (i.e. an pre-incarnate body of God the Son) and God’s relationship to time (i.e. what does “before the foundation of the world mean?). It should go without saying that Dan and T-Fan don't fully endorse the statements of their guests simply by virtue of having them on. TurretinFan has elsewhere expressed his position that open theism is outside the bounds of orthodoxy, and similarly rejects Monarchianism, any teaching that denies God's immutability, timeless eternality, or the like. Dan and TurretinFan affirm the Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed (without addressing the question of single or double procession). At the same time, we recognize that salvation is of the Lord, and that God will save all those who approach him by faith alone relying on the merits of Christ alone.
