1989 Euclid Football Highlights Original

This is the Euclid High School Football Highlights of the 1989 season. The team was ranked 4th in the AP State Poll and finished with an 10-2 record. The team featured Robert Smith (Mr. Ohio Football and Gatorade National Player of the Year) at Tailback and D1 scholarship players Terry Roscoe and Kevin Gaines. The team seniors had a 28-2 record regular season record and 29-5 overall. The only losses coming to state runner-up's or state champions. This was also the year Euclid and St Ignatius played the first ever nationally televised high school football game and then met later that year in an epic playoff game. At the end of the video it continues with a few still pictures. The quality is not that great but the memories are. It was 1989 technology.
