Professor Asad Munir died suddenly while giving a lecture at Punjab College Sargodha۔ The investigation revealed that criminal negligence was shown on the part of the college administration, especially by Principal Rao Asif Raza. The professor asked the principal for leave to go to the doctor the day before his death, which was denied. When the incident took place, there was no first aid facility in the college.
