Isabelle Sparkle Visits 5 Year old Juliana's Home Parkrun | YouTube Fan Turned Friend | Newark

A lovely story behind this video. 5 Year old budding Parkrun runner Juliana from Newark had been watching Isabelle Sparkle videos on Youtube for a while when her Daddy reached out to Isabelle's Mummy & Daddy (me) to Say Hello. We quickly asked if Juliana would like to come, run and even be in one of Isabelles videos, Juliana came to Watermead country Park in July and this was our returning the trip to their Parkrun at Newark. Both girls have passed their 50th parkruns since they last met and both girls now have PBs in the low 24 minutes. Its lovely to be able to facilitate this, not only does Juliana get to meet one of her Idols turned friend but Isabelle gets some lovely confirmation that real people, real humans, real children watch and appreciate her efforts. This video shows that meeting. We did our very best to instil in them the importance of making this particular run a friendship run. The weather today was quite contrasting to that back in July.
