How does the Pomodoro technique work? ⭐️There are 2 focused sessions, 25 minutes each, with a 5-minute break in between ⭐️There will be a timer, and countdowns will mark the end of each focused session and break time ⭐️Break times: stop working, get up and do some stretches, go for toilet breaks, and empty your mind. You can do anything you enjoy, just make sure you come back when the time is up.
