Selected Videos from Two & a Half Days Railfanning on CSX Rochester Subdivision (4/19 to 21/2024)

A little vacation in mid-April of 2024 brought me to the CSX Rochester Subdivision in Upstate New York railfanning for two and a half days before heading down to the TWA Hotel at JFK Airport to wrap it up (I've passed through this section a couple of times back in 2021 and filmed some videos but wasn't satisfied with it). I focused most of the first full day at spots in between Rochester and Batavia and worked my way east before ending the day at the Fairport NY train viewing platform. The second full day was focused between Rochester & Syracuse before ending it again at Fairport. Finally for the partial day, I worked my way east towards Syracuse to wrap up the railfanning before driving south towards JFK Airport. Overall, I had an awesome time out there and saw quite a bit of nice stuff include one of CSX's heritage units (Louisville & Nashville "L&N" to be specific), CSX SD70MAC in the Operation Lifesaver livery, CSX standard cabs, foreign power (BNSF & UP) and a surprise towards the end.
