What exactly is the president responsible for and how can they best lead and support the work of your PTA? This workshop will cover essential information including the president’s role in finances, appointing committees, and collaboration, coordination and communication with all stakeholders. *Executive Vice-Presidents work closely with the President and perform presidential duties in their absence, so EVPs need to understand this role as well.
