How To Add Satellite Frequency | Transponder | Pbteck Here’s a complete and easy guide on how to add a satellite frequency (transponder) manually on your Qsat decoder (or any PBTECK-supported satellite decoder) to get new or missing TV channels. 🛰️ What Is a Transponder? A transponder (TP) is simply a frequency that carries a group of satellite TV or radio channels. If your decoder is missing some channels, adding the correct TP helps you find them through a scan. ⚙️ Step-by-Step: How to Add a Satellite Frequency (Transponder) 1️⃣ Press MENU On your Qsat remote, press the MENU button. Navigate to Installation or Antenna Setup. 2️⃣ Select Your Satellite Choose the satellite where you want to add the frequency — for example: Eutelsat 16A (16.0°E) Astra 19.2E Nilesat 7.0W Eutelsat 7°E, etc. Highlight it using the arrow keys. 💡 If your satellite isn’t listed, press the Green button (Add Satellite) and input: Satellite name Longitude (e.g. 016.0°E) LNB Type: Universal (9750/10600) Then press OK to save. 3️⃣ Go to Transponder (TP) List Highlight the satellite and press OK or TP List (depending on your model). You’ll now see a list of existing frequencies (TPs). 4️⃣ Add a New Frequency Press the Green button (Add) on your remote. A small box will appear asking for: Frequency (MHz) — e.g. 10804 Symbol Rate (Ksps) — e.g. 30000 Polarity — choose H (Horizontal) or V (Vertical) After entering the values, press OK or Save. ✅ Example (for Eutelsat 16A): Frequency: 10804 Symbol Rate: 30000 Polarity: Horizontal 5️⃣ Scan the New Transponder Highlight the frequency you just added. Press the Blue button (Scan) or OK → Scan TP. Choose: Channel Type: Free Only (FTA) Search Mode: All Press OK to start scanning. Wait for it to finish and Save channels when prompted. 6️⃣ View Your New Channels Exit the menu. Press OK / TV List to view your updated channels. Organize or delete unwanted ones under Edit Channel List. 🔍 Tips for Better Results IssueSolutionNo signal on new TPCheck polarity and symbol rate carefullyWeak signalAdjust your dish slightly or check LNB cableFound encrypted channelsChoose “Free Only” before scanningStill missing channelsTry Blind Scan (scans all frequencies) 📡 Popular Transponders (Eutelsat 16A – 16°E) FrequencyPolaritySymbol RateExample Channels10720H30000ORTB, RTS 1, TV5 Monde Afrique10804H30000RTS, RTNC, TPA Int’l11471V45000France 24, Arise News12563H27500Faith TV, EBS TV 🧰 Shortcut Summary MENU → Installation → Satellite → TP List → Add (Green Button) → Enter Frequency, Symbol Rate, Polarity → OK → Scan → Save Would you like me to send you a list of the latest working transponders (frequencies) for all major satellites — like Eutelsat 16A, Nilesat 7W, Astra 19E, and Eutelsat 7E — so you can add them manually to your PBTECK/Qsat setup? __________________________________ LINKS WEBSITE: https://www.pbteck.com INSTAGRAM; / pbtecknology FACEBOOK; / pbtecknology TWITTER / pbtecknology TELEGRAM: https://t.me/pbtecknology #pbteckinfo #lnb #gotvinstallation #multitv #dishtv #directtv #dstv #satellitetv #dish #satellitedish #satellitereceiver #pbteck #pbtecknology #canalsat #canal+ #freefire
