Hi all Today we have a scrumptious recipe for you! It's one we should have done long ago but worked out perfect for a cold any misty Joburg day at the start of winter! Chocolate brownies with nuts and dark chocolate! Perfect served still warm straight from the oven! Ingredients 4 eggs 2 cups sugar (1 cup brown 1 cup castor) 1 cup (~200g) melted butter, salted 1 tsp vanilla extract (or 2 tsp vanilla essence) 1 1/2 cup flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 2/3 cup cocoa powder 100g dark chocolate with salted caramel handful each of almonds and cashew nuts Serve with cream or ice cream while still warm and gooey!
