Episode 8 left me a sobbing mess because of Kate and Milligan, and just the emotional closure that my favorite childhood book series (aside from HP and ASOUE of course) was given the love to be adapted into a show that respected the source material. I honestly have a lot more to say which I'll detail in a review soon, but right now I am a sobbing mess. Thank you to the whole cast, to the directors, writers, creators, producers, designers — the whole staff, for this gem of a show. Seeing the characters and the story unfold onscreen is truly a treasure. Thank you as well to this loving fandom, the community we've created, to the friendships and relationships I've made by sharing our love for TMBS.
