1 Locomotive Pulling All These Cars! Super Elevated/Banked Curve, 2 Mid Train DPUs Giving Their All

Train Flying Around Super Elevated Curve! Look How Many Freight Cars A Single Locomotive Can Pull! Big Train With 2 Locomotives In The Middle Earning Their Keep, High Rail Trucks & Night Train With DPU Locomotive Shoving The Rear. CSX & Norfolk Southern Trains In Freezing Cold Weather. Another "Ozzy" railroad car passes my favourite railroad crossing. These 6 trains and 2 high rail trucks are in Walton, Kentucky and filmed in the snow and freezing cold. It was a slow day for trains so I stayed way past dark to get one more. The final night train is seen in almost total darkness. I wanted to see how well my new camera does in low light. I could actually see the train a lot better by looking through the camera instead of looking straight at it. I found dog tracks by the railroad and I saw a coyote come out of the woods and run past me down the railroad tracks. As you will see I got my camera out just in time to film the coyote. In Florida I filmed a bobcat on the tracks. I followed it and got it a second time. See my Florida videos. The first train had only one locomotive. This powerful Norfolk Southern locomotive pulled about a mile of empty grain hoppers. That was pretty impressive. The next train was a huge one. It had two DPUs in the middle really earning their keep. That was probably the longest train of the day but I'm not sure. Notice the "Ozzy" hopper car. I have filmed that car and a couple other Ozzy cars in the past year. I got a CSX southbound train at the crossing also. There are always more NS trains than CSX trains here. After that train we see a high rail truck on CSX and NS. It was a long wait for the next train after that. At the 14:00 mark in this video you will get a good look at a train coming around the super elevated curve. This shot is awesome!! I went up the track a couple miles and got a train going under me and then returned to Walton for one last train. I had to wait for a while and it got totally dark. I sat there in the truck in the dark until I got one last train. How did my camera do? There was no light at all, not even a light on a pole.
