Psalm 110 [Quaternary Resignation]

This is the last programmatic track in the Revenant Psalms series, i.e., Track 15 of 17 in the 2-CD set, Revenant Psalms, Vol. V. [That last two tracks are an appendix and a postlude.] Psalm 110 is one of two psalms most frequently quoted in the NT, but unlike Psalm 118, it is never read in the Revised Common Lectionary. Utterly messianic, here it is set to a classic traditional tune that is normally used for Psalm 23; the arrangement and the paraphrase are my own. Like the introductory Psalm 2, it prophecies the enthronement of the Messiah (coming soon to a troubled world near you).    / @timslemmons8474
