Ingredients ½ kilo ground pork 500 grams cabbage 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium onion, chopped 3 pieces tomatoes, chopped 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons oyster sauce Pepper to taste ⅓ cup water Steps: First, slice the cabbage into half, into quarters or more, then into smaller pieces. Gather the cabbage and place these into a bowl. Set aside. In a pan, heat some oil, saute garlic before cooking the onions. Add in the ground pork and cook till this changes in color. Once browned and the juices have evaporated. Add in the tomatoes and saute till soft. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Mix well. Pour in water, bring into a simmer. Cover and let it cook till the pork is tender. Mix in the cabbages, cooking till these have wilted. Cover for a minute. Serve and Enjoy !
