Installation Guide (Skip to step 8 if your cabinet is already softmodded with Team Encoder’s MysteryBlitzmas.) 1️⃣ Unplug the power cord from the cabinet’s PCB. 2️⃣ Flip the flash switch to "OFF" (may be hidden under a "QC" sticker). 3️⃣ Download and run MysteryBlitzmas on your PC. 4️⃣ While the app is open, connect the PCB to your PC via USB. 5️⃣ Reconnect the PCB's power cable and turn on the cabinet. 6️⃣ Click Install and wait for the flash process to reach 100%. 7️⃣ Wait ~2 minutes, power off the cabinet, and switch flash back to "ON". 8️⃣ Format a high-speed USB drive to exFAT, then extract THE-ADM Blitzmas Pack v5 contents to the root of the USB (don’t create folders or change paths). 9️⃣ Insert the USB, power on the cabinet, and it should boot into the SAM Blitzmas Menu. New and fairly comprehensive ROM set added for NeoGeo (4 button games have been removed) 1-2 Player Playlist has been split into 1 Player and 2 Player Playlists. Over 100 more Arcade games. Games run smoother, with less screen tear, now “Sync to Exact Content Framerate” within RetroArch is on by default. Dreamcast Blitz2000 controls have been mapped to match the cabinet. Jump, Pass & Turbo buttons all work as expected now. New artwork and a choice of 6 premade backgrounds. 🔹 V4.0 - V1.0 (Previous updates summarised) More tested multiplayer games (NBA Hangtime, Alien Storm, Alien vs Predator, Mercs). RetroArch improvements: better mappings, BIOS updates, simplified UI. Bug fixes (e.g., NFL Open Ice controls). Control Fixes Dual Joystick games added Console games added Known Issues 🔸 Some "Arcade - 2 Player" games in RetroArch will not work, they are too many to test them all. 🔸 Volume control doesn’t work in RetroArch—there are 2 work arounds. 1) adjust before launching 2) use a USB hub and attach a USB keyboard. Then you can use the + and - buttons on the keyboard to adjust the volume.
